A very useful article on web accessibility and UK law. Some caveats:

Trenton Moss has a accessibility consultancy and will, therefore, have a very pro-accessibility point of view. Also, I must admit I know Trenton but, having said that, the article does stand up in its own right.

VoiceOver and Safari: Screen reading on the Mac

One overlooked feature of Mac OS X v10.4 Tiger is VoiceOver, a built-in screen reader which, if you’ve heard the stilted screen readers of yesteryear, is surprisingly well done. Here’s how to use it on Safari.
